HOW TO PREPARE
CHICKEN FRY
Clean 1½ kg of chicken and keep ready. In a vessel, heat 50–60 ml oil and add 60 grams of ginger-garlic paste with 3 finely chopped onions. Fry for 10–15 minutes. Add a little chopped mint and coriander leaves, then add 1½ L water with Trishu Chicken Fry Masala. Stir and boil until the chicken is soft. Your tasty Trishu Chicken Fry is ready to serve.
NOTE: Do not mix water, chilli powder & salt.
