HOW TO PREPARE
MUTTON SAMBAR
In a vessel, heat 50–60 ml oil, add 60 grams of ginger garlic paste and 3 onion paste. Fry until golden brown. Add 1½ kg washed mutton and fry for 5 minutes. Prepare a coconut, coriander, and mint leaf paste and add it to the half-cooked mutton. Pour the entire content of Trishu Mutton Sambar Masala into the pan/cooker and sauté well. Add the required water and cook until the mutton becomes tender. Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
NOTE: Do not add chilli powder & salt.
