HOW TO PREPARE
CHICKEN SAMBAR
In a vessel, heat 50–60 ml oil. Add 60 grams ginger garlic paste and 3 onion paste and fry until golden brown. Add 1½ kg washed chicken and fry for 10 minutes. Prepare a coconut, coriander, and mint leaf paste and add it to the half-cooked chicken. Pour the entire content of Trishu Chicken Sambar Masala into the pan/cooker and sauté well. Add the required water and cook until the chicken becomes tender. Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
NOTE: Do not add chilli powder & salt.
